Through this achievement, the organization has taken an important step toward climate-resilient development.

Today, on 11 January 2026, a winter relief distribution program was carried out in Gaibandha district with the humanitarian objective of alleviating the suffering of people affected by severe cold. The program titled “Ushnota 2026” was implemented through a joint initiative of Action for Balance on Climate and Dignity (ABCD), RHSTEP, and Srijonshil Gaibandha Foundation.

The social organization “Srijonshil Gaibandha”, located in Tengorjani village of Bollomjhar Union under Gaibandha Sadar Upazila, has officially received its registration certificate from the Department of Social Services, Gaibandha, under the Ministry of Social Welfare of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The organization has been registered under registration number GAI/SADAR/1541/2023.

The youth development-oriented voluntary organization “Youth Srijonshil Gaibandha” has officially received its registration certificate from the Office of the Deputy Director, Department of Youth Development, Gaibandha, under the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The registration number of the organization is JYD/GAI-98.

In Gaibandha, a felicitation and scholarship distribution ceremony was held at the conference hall of the Philosophy Department, Gaibandha Government College, under the slogan “Let Talent Shine, Let Courage Build Dreams.” In this event, 50 financially disadvantaged students who achieved GPA-5 in the SSC examinations were awarded cash scholarships, crests, certificates, and gifts. Many of the students travel several kilometers on their father’s old bicycles to attend school.
