Office Visit and Distribution of Office Equipment at Srijonshil Gaibandha Completed

The office of Srijonshil Gaibandha, located at Station Road, remained vibrant and active today as representatives from various government and non-government organizations visited the office to observe ongoing activities, assess progress, and engage in discussions.
The visiting guests included Md. Khademul Islam, Assistant Director of the Gaibandha District Youth Development Department; Sufia Begum, Zonal Manager of BRAC Rangpur; Enamul Haque, Deputy Manager of BRAC Gaibandha; Masud Rana, Area Coordinator of TIB Gaibandha; and Md. Abul Hossain Mridha Sohag, Director of the Gaibandha Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
During the visit, the guests discussed Srijonshil Gaibandha’s ongoing activities and community-based initiatives in detail. They particularly praised the organization’s work in youth development, women and child welfare, and SRHR-related initiatives.
An official discussion meeting was later held, focusing on the organization’s future plans, expansion strategies, and improvement of field-level activities. At the end of the meeting, various essential office items were formally handed over to Srijonshil Gaibandha under the RHRN2 Project.
The provided equipment included a laptop, projector, external hard drive, four hand microphones, a microphone, ceiling fan, stand fan, first aid box, two dustbins, twelve folding plastic chairs, two folding tables, a wall clock, a water kettle, and a light. These resources are expected to significantly enhance the organization’s operational efficiency.
The guests expressed optimism that the equipment would help make the organization’s activities more dynamic, effective, and impactful.
Representing Srijonshil Gaibandha at the event were Founder and President Md. Mehedi Hasan, Vice President Sanjida Akter, Assistant General Secretary Md. Mehedi Hasan Ontor, Treasurer Nishat Babu, and members Mashiur Rahman Musa, Jannatul Minjia Tuli, Nabiul Hasan Jim, Arfia Arjuman, Tawhida Khandakar, along with others.
The guests also provided valuable guidance to further strengthen the organization’s initiatives and assured their continued support.

সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা সংগঠনের স্টেশন রোডস্থ কার্যালয় আজ ব্যস্ততা ও উৎসাহে মুখর ছিল। সকালে সংগঠনটির বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম পরিদর্শন, অগ্রগতি মূল্যায়ন এবং মতবিনিময়ের উদ্দেশ্যে কার্যালয়টি পরিদর্শন করেন বিভিন্ন সরকারি-বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রতিনিধিবৃন্দ।
পরিদর্শনকারী অতিথিদের মধ্যে উপস্থিত ছিলেন গাইবান্ধা জেলা যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তরের সহকারী পরিচালক মোঃ খাদেমুল ইসলাম, ব্র্যাক রংপুরের জোনাল ম্যানেজার সুফিয়া বেগম, ব্র্যাক গাইবান্ধার ডেপুটি ম্যানেজার এনামুল হক, টিআইবি গাইবান্ধার এরিয়া কো-অর্ডিনেটর মাসুদ রানা এবং গাইবান্ধা চেম্বার অব কমার্স অ্যান্ড ইন্ডাস্ট্রি’র পরিচালক মোঃ আবুল হোসেন মৃধা সোহাগ।
পরিদর্শনকালে অতিথিবৃন্দ সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার চলমান কার্যক্রম ও কমিউনিটি-ভিত্তিক উদ্যোগ নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করেন। বিশেষ করে যুব উন্নয়ন, নারী ও শিশু কল্যাণ এবং SRHR বিষয়ক উদ্যোগের প্রশংসা করেন তারা।
পরবর্তীতে একটি আনুষ্ঠানিক আলোচনা সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। সভায় সংগঠনের ভবিষ্যৎ পরিকল্পনা, সম্প্রসারণ কৌশল এবং মাঠপর্যায়ের কার্যক্রমের মানোন্নয়ন বিষয়ে মতবিনিময় করা হয়। সভার শেষে RHRN2 প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার কার্যালয়ে বিভিন্ন প্রয়োজনীয় অফিস উপকরণ হস্তান্তর করা হয়।
প্রদানকৃত উপকরণের মধ্যে ছিল— ১টি ল্যাপটপ, ১টি প্রজেক্টর, ১টি এক্সটার্নাল হার্ডড্রাইভ, ৪টি হ্যান্ড মাইক, ১টি মাইক্রোফোন, ১টি সিলিং ফ্যান, ১টি স্ট্যান্ড ফ্যান, ১টি ফার্স্ট এইড বক্স, ২টি ডাস্টবিন, ১২টি ফোল্ডিং প্লাস্টিক চেয়ার, ২টি ফোল্ডিং টেবিল, ১টি ওয়াল ক্লক, ১টি ওয়াটার কেটলি এবং ১টি লাইট। এসব উপকরণ সংগঠনের অফিস কার্যক্রমকে আরও সুসংগঠিত ও কার্যকর করতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে।
অতিথিবৃন্দ আশা প্রকাশ করেন, এসব উপকরণ সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার কার্যক্রমকে আরও গতিশীল, শক্তিশালী ও প্রভাববিস্তারী করে তুলবে।
অনুষ্ঠানে সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার পক্ষ থেকে উপস্থিত ছিলেন প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও সভাপতি মোঃ মেহেদী হাসান, সহ-সভাপতি সানজিদা আক্তার, সহ-সাধারণ সম্পাদক মোঃ মেহেদী হাসান অন্তর, অর্থ সম্পাদক নিশাত বাবু, সদস্য মশিউর রহমান মুছা, জান্নাতুল মিনজিয়া তুলি, নবিউল হাসান জিম, আরফিয়া আরজুমান, তাওহিদা খন্দকারসহ অন্যান্য সদস্যবৃন্দ। অতিথিবৃন্দ সংগঠনের চলমান কার্যক্রমকে আরও শক্তিশালী করতে বিভিন্ন দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান করেন এবং সার্বিক সহযোগিতা অব্যাহত রাখার আশ্বাস দেন।
