Deputy Director of District Social Services Office Visits Srijonshil Gaibandha Office and Activities

Md. Imam Hasim, Deputy Director of the District Social Services Office, Gaibandha, visited the office of Srijonshil Gaibandha and reviewed its ongoing activities on Monday (14 September). He visited the organization’s office at around 12:30 pm. He was accompanied by Md. Shahidul Haque Khandaker, Senior Assistant.

During the visit, Md. Mehedi Hasan, Founder and President of Srijonshil Gaibandha, welcomed the guests and briefed them on the organization’s overall activities, objectives, and future plans.

The visitors were also informed about various notable initiatives of Srijonshil Gaibandha, including youth development, education, climate change mitigation and adaptation, social development, volunteer activities, support for disadvantaged communities, and initiatives aimed at ensuring youth leadership and participation at the local level.

During the discussion, the participants exchanged views on Srijonshil Gaibandha’s experience in implementing various projects and initiatives, designing activities based on the needs of local communities, and engaging young people in social development initiatives. They also discussed opportunities for coordinated efforts to improve the quality of life of marginalized and disadvantaged communities.

Deputy Director Md. Imam Hasim learned about the activities of Srijonshil Gaibandha and exchanged views on the organization’s initiatives to engage young people in social development and public welfare at the local level.

Md. Mehedi Hasan, Founder and President of Srijonshil Gaibandha, said that the organization has been working consistently under youth leadership to identify local challenges and develop effective and sustainable solutions. He expressed the expectation that these initiatives would be expanded in the future through greater coordination with government and non-government organizations and local stakeholders.

At the conclusion of the visit and discussion, Srijonshil Gaibandha expressed its sincere gratitude to the Deputy Director and the concerned officials of the District Social Services Office for their visit. The organization believes that the visit will play an important role in facilitating mutual understanding of its ongoing activities and creating opportunities for future coordination and collaboration.

সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার অফিস ও চলমান বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম পরিদর্শন করেছেন জেলা সমাজসেবা কার্যালয়, গাইবান্ধার উপপরিচালক মোঃ ইমাম হাসিম। সোমবার (১৪ সেপ্টেম্বর) দুপুর সাড়ে ১২টায় তিনি সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার অফিস পরিদর্শন করেন। এ সময় তাঁর সঙ্গে ছিলেন উচ্চমান সহকারী মোঃ শহীদুল হক খন্দকার।

পরিদর্শনকালে সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও সভাপতি মোঃ মেহেদী হাসান তাঁদের স্বাগত জানান এবং সংগঠনের সামগ্রিক কার্যক্রম, লক্ষ্য ও ভবিষ্যৎ পরিকল্পনা সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত অবহিত করেন।

এ সময় সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার উল্লেখযোগ্য বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে উপপরিচালককে অবহিত করা হয়। এর মধ্যে যুব উন্নয়ন, শিক্ষা, জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন মোকাবিলা ও অভিযোজন, সামাজিক উন্নয়ন, স্বেচ্ছাসেবামূলক কার্যক্রম, সুবিধাবঞ্চিত জনগোষ্ঠীর সহায়তা এবং স্থানীয় পর্যায়ে তরুণদের নেতৃত্ব ও অংশগ্রহণ নিশ্চিতকরণে পরিচালিত বিভিন্ন উদ্যোগ নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হয়।

মতবিনিময়কালে সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার বিভিন্ন প্রকল্প ও উদ্যোগ বাস্তবায়নের অভিজ্ঞতা, স্থানীয় জনগোষ্ঠীর প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ এবং তরুণদের সামাজিক উন্নয়নমূলক কাজে সম্পৃক্ত করার বিষয়ে আলোচনা হয়। পাশাপাশি প্রান্তিক ও সুবিধাবঞ্চিত মানুষের জীবনমান উন্নয়নে সমন্বিতভাবে কাজ করার বিভিন্ন সম্ভাবনা নিয়েও মতবিনিময় করা হয়।

উপপরিচালক মোঃ ইমাম হাসিম সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে অবগত হন এবং স্থানীয় পর্যায়ে তরুণদের সম্পৃক্ত করে সামাজিক উন্নয়ন ও জনকল্যাণে সংগঠনটির উদ্যোগের বিষয়ে মতবিনিময় করেন।

সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও সভাপতি মোঃ মেহেদী হাসান বলেন, তরুণদের নেতৃত্বে স্থানীয় সমস্যা চিহ্নিত করে তার কার্যকর ও টেকসই সমাধানে সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা নিয়মিতভাবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। সরকারি-বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠান ও স্থানীয় অংশীজনদের সঙ্গে সমন্বয়ের মাধ্যমে ভবিষ্যতে এসব কার্যক্রম আরও বিস্তৃত করার প্রত্যাশা রয়েছে।

পরিদর্শন ও মতবিনিময় শেষে সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার পক্ষ থেকে জেলা সমাজসেবা কার্যালয়ের উপপরিচালক ও সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তাদের প্রতি আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা জানানো হয়। তাঁদের এই পরিদর্শন সংগঠনের চলমান কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে পারস্পরিক ধারণা বিনিময় এবং ভবিষ্যৎ সমন্বয় ও সহযোগিতার সুযোগ তৈরিতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে বলে সংশ্লিষ্টরা আশা প্রকাশ করেন।
