Srijonshil Gaibandha Foundation Receives RJSC Registration

Gaibandha-based voluntary organization Srijonshil Gaibandha Foundation has officially obtained registration from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC). The organization received its registration certificate on Monday, December 22, 2025. The registration number of the foundation is RAJS-557/2025.

With the receipt of this registration, Srijonshil Gaibandha Foundation has gained the opportunity to operate as a fully recognized and legally established organization. The foundation has been actively working for a long time in the areas of youth development, education, environmental protection, social awareness, and humanitarian activities in Gaibandha district.

According to the organization, this registration marks an important milestone in its journey. Through this achievement, the foundation will be able to carry out social development activities in a more transparent, planned, and expanded manner in the future. It is also expected that opportunities to work with various national and international development partner organizations will be further expanded.

গাইবান্ধাভিত্তিক স্বেচ্ছাসেবী সংগঠন সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ফাউন্ডেশন আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে যৌথ মূলধন কোম্পানি ও ফার্মসমূহের পরিদপ্তর (RJSC) থেকে নিবন্ধন লাভ করেছে। গত ২২ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫, সোমবার সংগঠনটি RJSC-এর নিবন্ধন সনদ পায়। ফাউন্ডেশনটির নিবন্ধন নম্বর RAJS-557/2025।

নিবন্ধন প্রাপ্তির মাধ্যমে সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ফাউন্ডেশন একটি পূর্ণাঙ্গ ও আইনগত স্বীকৃত সংগঠন হিসেবে কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার সুযোগ পেল। সংগঠনটি দীর্ঘদিন ধরে গাইবান্ধা জেলার যুব উন্নয়ন, শিক্ষা, পরিবেশ সুরক্ষা, সামাজিক সচেতনতা এবং মানবিক কার্যক্রমে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা রেখে আসছে।

সংগঠনের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়, এই নিবন্ধন তাদের জন্য একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মাইলফলক। এর মাধ্যমে ভবিষ্যতে আরও স্বচ্ছ, পরিকল্পিত ও বিস্তৃত পরিসরে সমাজ উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা সম্ভব হবে। পাশাপাশি জাতীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক বিভিন্ন উন্নয়ন সহযোগী সংস্থার সঙ্গে কাজ করার সুযোগও আরও প্রসারিত হবে বলে আশা প্রকাশ করা হয়।
